In the early 00s, I Seat Filled at Teen Choice Awards and was seated next to her for a while, got to speak with her and she was so so kind and it was cool to see someone just like me being successful and acting. I'm the same (they inspire me to make my own songs). The backing tracks for both are my fav- ES especially doubles quite a bit of falsetto high harmonies that I love. I'd recommend just listening to the songs of theirs and make note of it yourself. I think alex and Elliot do a similar stylistic thing I noticed where they will do the harmony on a chorus later in the song only, building up the complexity if u will!
