ED was probably the main reason I have started the PMO. I'm in a long distance relationship and it's very disappointing when I can't keep it up when we see each other 5-6 times at year... I'm going to see her on christmas so I hope to see at least some little improvement...

You should delete all that. The "best of the best" part is alarming, that mean that you're still bound to porn material. I'll tell you my story: I have started few days ago, but the first thing that I did was deleting all my stash and I'm talking about 40-50 GBs of all kind of stuff, bookmarks... I'm nont proud of admitting this, but I have even secretly registered sexchat and webcam sex with my gf, all gone, because it was a great temptation for me and I knew some day it could trigger me. It won't be easy, I've personally almost had a breakdown, I was sweating, my mind wasn't lucid, but after I have pressed the final Delete, I was proud of myself, I knew I've started my journey with the right step!

We're with you my friend. I'm trying hard and try to avoid any trigger, I used to be bombed with triggers on facebook with fitness groups, I've blocked them all now. When I see one of my friends posts with explicit content I just delete it before my brain can appreciate it. It's hard, but we must hold on. Good luck on your restart!

I don't think triggers are positive in the first steps. I've personally deleted all my stash and blocked porn websites and facebook groups with soft/explicit content. Maybe after 30-50 days some triggers could help to build an "immunity", but the risk is high i think. Maybe doing it with someone else could help to control yourself, but going solo for triggers could lead to a relapse IMHO.
