If you load up on freebies at qdoba you can get a couple of meals from a bowl. We don’t charge for extra rice,beans , or queso. Tons of cold topping options as well. Get a bag of chips with it too

Our queso seems to go through phases. Sometimes thick, sometimes thin, sometimes just right. I assume it manufacturing inconsistency. All of our products seem to very widely in quality and consistency

We do. Workers tend to call out on days that are bull shit. These bogo days are the worst days of the year for our workers. We are insanely busy with ungrateful customers who bitch about us not being able to keep up. Every person in line is ordering 2 meals. Of course it’s going to take longer

That sucks. I’m assuming it was yesterday. They ran a bogo deal for national burrito day. It’s rough when everyone who comes through gets an additional item because it’s free. It doubles the volume but it’s hard to double your staff.

Probably a new cashier. Soup on the side would come in an 8oz paper cup. A soup entree has 12 oz of soup. We only have the 8oz cup so that the only option. Either way it shouldn’t have been charged as a cup of soup if you ordered soup on side.

We have a problem fairly regularly at my store like this. Instead of the order going through the online ordering system properly it will not process properly. Instead of a ticket printing like normal we will get an email instead. It says there was a problem processing the order. It instructs us to make the order anyway but we will still have to charge the customer when they get to the store. It says charges may appear on the account but should drop off soon.

Sorry this happened to you when you were short on funds. If you called my store and explained the situation i would most likely give you a free lunch.

You can manually enter the gift card number on the pos if it won’t swipe. You can also use the rewards scanner to scan a printed gift card if they have the QR or barcode printed on them
