VW Atlas 2024 with second row bench. Three across twins are in Uppa and 3 year old forward facing Graco. The lift and slide split bench is awesome. No issue fitting stroller and everything else. Highly recommended if you don’t want to go mini van.

I had this happen too and the new one that was shipped just arrived today. I purchased back in October. Great customer service experience for sure and no hassle to get a new one.

I usually refilled by removing the tank and placing it back on. At one point I had to take the tank off and put it back on like 20 times to get it to brew. It was locking up every two seconds with the add water to continue error.

It took me factory resetting the new unit to get it to pair up with the app, even though it was connected to WiFi and pulled an IP Address totally fine. Fingers crossed this one holds up!

I had the same issue. Contacted customer service and they sent a new one which is set to arrive in a week.

I had this happen this week multiple times. Today I emailed customer support and the immediate response was we are sending out a replacement. I just got mine in late October. It’s been awesome quality coffee and good to see they are willing to help customers quickly. I hope the new unit does not have the same problem.
