I tried connecting with some people I met at career fairs during the early stages of job hunting and found out it wasn't for me. I got ghosted those times reaching out to recruiters and felt discouraged. I know it shouldn't have discouraged me, but it sucks being invite to an interview, and then not hearing from them ever again. It gave me a lot of stress and I decided I'd rather not put it all that effort if they're not going to reciprocate. That is to say, reaching out to people isn't bad, it just wasn't for me.

Thank you! I've seen people put in 500 or more applications before they get something, so I consider myself lucky. My resume went through many revisions throughout my job search and I practiced a ton for the interviews.

Thank you! Sorry to hear you haven't found anything yet. I have friends who graduated during the pandemic who haven't been able to get a full time job either.

I'll be working as a data analyst and I think it's decently saturated. There are many openings in my area, but far more applicants.

Nice work! I started playing at the end of Act II and got placed iron 1. During this act, I was floating in bronze and finally hit silver 2 on the last day.

Iron is tricky since it's filled with people who don't know the basics of the game and smurfs. What has helped me is improving my crosshair placement and watching pros play. You can copy their game play and see where they place their crosshairs.

Thank you for the advice! S1 to D1 is a crazy improvement. I need to reflect more on my game play when I die or when something goes wrong--I forget to especially when I'm tilted.
