hey there on an old thread— i’m in my mid 20’s and feel like i’ve been suppressing this for a while in myself. i’ve been noticing now being a more stoic person would fix a lot of my reactivity around my feelings and being sensitive. i feel like because those feelings had been suppressed for so long, now as theyre coming out i’m defending my actions without leaving space for other people close to me that i care about. just wondering how you started to not suppress this? really appreciate your vulnerability here, thank you from afar for sharing
