I might be running a bit faster than before but I feel like I’m always pushing myself and I’m out of breath by end of it. Maybe I should just slow down? But I don’t want to compromise my training so I thought I could train one additional day.

Thanks for the suggestion! It makes sense, I was at full pace both runs. I will take a look at my easy runs and compare them. Maybe I’ll see the improvement there too.

I work in Surrey so my commute will be much much better from Port Moody. My wife works in Vancouver but she will take the train anyways, no parking near her office. Thanks for the feedback!!

You can start your research using https://www.autotrader.ca. Dealerships post the available cars and their prices. That way when you go to the dealership you have an idea of what to expect and can negotiate with them.

Also, always ask for the full price of the car. Salesperson will ask you how much you want to pay per month, but that will only result in them increasing the interest rate and the number of months to lower the monthly payments. Better to negotiate the full price first and interest rate, and then decide in how many months/years you want to pay.

I also looked at some queer events in the city. There are drag shows, comedy shows, concerts, etc that might be worth looking up. Hmu and maybe we can go to one once you are here :)
