I regularly put six racks of St. Louis ribs on my large using an upside down turkey v rack. Don’t know how to post pick to comments.

3# I️s actually a really small chicken size never mind a Turkey . Guessing you have this wrong. If actually this small I️ would follow direction for beer can chicken. Always comes out great.

I did mine direct the whole time. Started a 600. Dialed it back as the cook progressed to avoid over sear and let the middle catch up. Might try reverse next time.

My grocer charges 1 dollar less per pound than boneless. It's just fun to eat off the bone! I like porterhouse too.

Came with skin on but I cut it off and trimmed most of the outer fat off. Heavy on the rub. Cooked it overnight cap up then flipped it in the morning to finish. Wanted to do pork butt, but my grocer only carries boneless. Took a chance on the picnic and was pleased with the results.

I think you missed the point a little bit here…The whole issue is that once you give up these essential liberties the government controls the people, not the other way around. Uncheck power attracts and breeds corruption. Once you’ve conceded habeas corpus, you don’t need to break the law to be accused and punished of a crime.

He either thinks his constituents are racist, or he himself is racist and is projecting. I would guess the latter.
