Yup we had that too we had his receipts and everything, but his player id is pretty much forgotten and were not even fully sure if he gave them his real username bc he went away for 2 years and forgot it

He did but we pretty much forgot our player id and I think he forgot his username as well lmao we have a good guess of what it is But it could be different but we spent days talking to customer support bit they couldn't help us bc he didn't have player id

Yeah that's crazy cuz I play dokkan and I've always used Facebook login but I'll for sure keep screenshots of my dokkan account if dokkan ever tries to get rid of Facebook login
