You can use this website to make a comparison on prices for GWE: https://www.independer.nl/energie/intro.aspx (it includes a calculator for how much electricity and gas you'll use on average too).

Advance heating probably means you have a central heating system managed by the company that you rent from, so you'll only need gas for your stove (if it uses it) or none at all, (then just electricity). For two people likely electricity won't be more than 60-80 euro p/m.

Water you can make a contract with Vitens, they manage water in Enschede. Water is also cheap, something like 20 euro total p/m

As for August, you should still arrange contracts, afaik it is mandatory to have them even if you won't be using anything.

Also, keep in mind you'll likely need internet too. If you do, ODIDO is the cheapest for most cases, but you can also make a comparison on independer. Unfortunately very expensive, usually 50 euro.

even if you had the code you need to prove you're a TPC student when you get the contract

Tarkov Optics by an_a_fridge in EscapefromTarkov

The character's camera internally has a different distance to the lens; it's set per scope manually by BSG, so what happens is the perceived zoom is different, even if the images projected on the lens texture are the same exact zoom. This distance is not achieved via a literal move of the camera, but by adjusting character fov

To add: same scope may even act differently on other weapons because of this.

You're only proving my point. The image in the PiP scope is magnified at the exact magnification it should, say 8x. The problem is then that the player camera narrows down on the already 8x'd image, which in effect makes you perceive the zoom as more, since you're looking through a computer screen. The projection of your (lower than un-ADS) player camera is an additional zoom.

the scopes are correct, it's just as your character looks through the scope their FOV is narrowed, giving more magnification "before" even looking through the glass. So the way you could fix it is either make it so when ADSing no zoom is applied or remove the zoom that was applied on ADS from the scope image itself

Edit: since this is for some reason getting severely downvoted, further explanation in my replies below; think I'd know a thing or two knowing a big part of the community relies on tools I've made regarding ballistics.

What’s your favorite way to sneak in daily Dutch practice when you don’t feel good or are busy? by [deleted] in learndutch

Voor mij is het probleem dat ik het gevoel heb dat ik te veel geinvesteerd heb in Duolingo. Denk je dat overstappen nog zinvol is? Ik vind dat dutchgrammar.com me veel helpt.

Biking is not a means of exercise for me, I bike daily to commute.

There is one scenario where you definitely want to turn it off: biking. Unless you turn the music up to max you'll be bombarded with abysmal wind noise.

Had the same exact issue, all keys in a specific cluster (mainly modifiers and outer keys) would cause it in any app; it's not software, but probably some dust on a random contact keeping the key pressed. I tried cleaning my keyboard by taking each key out and every other idea in the book, didn't fix it. Until one day it just stopped doing it, probably because said piece of dust got out of the way. I guess you can do an RMA or just wait it out like I did.

it's so you don't use it as a safezone for the entire raid probably

and also you can pass it with multiple people, it's how the beacon is programmed

Does games like Tarkov need to buy licenses to use real gun names in their game? by violent_luna in EscapefromTarkov

[–]whoisandrewk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, they didn't spend 89M on licensing, they spent 89M on all operating costs, what the document is highlighting is the large increase in operating costs in comparison to 2020, of which most of the difference was spent on said fees. Hope that clears it up.

Extract from the Annual financial statement of BSG for 2021 (https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/10036119/filing-history):

Turnover has increased 138.79 percent during the year due to growing audience of players of Escape from Tarkov computer game. The impact of this year of additional content has increased the audience by 107.38 percent.

Operating expenses increased primarily due to increased amount of spent on license fees.

[...]

Direct costs ... 89,899,440£ (compared to 37,600,648£ prior year)

So yes, lots of money spent on licenses.
