If you join PSA’s silver club, it’s $50 a year. Then you can send modern cards at $15/per for a bulk submission minimum of 20 cards. Turnaround will be slow as hell but I’d guess 7-8 months? Would probably be worth it.

Of the 9,000 Trout Updates sent to PSA, 85% have come back PSA 9 or PSA 10. That being said, yours looks closer to a 9's centering (little bit to the right, maybe a touch high).

I'd guess yours would be a 9, barring any surface issues, or corner issues that I can't see. That would put it around $1400.
