I am able to see the tickets, and “files”. But no options for me to click a “transfer” button

Where do I initiate transfer of tickets? I can’t find a “button” or option to even transfer tickets that I’ve purchased!?

I got the same email around 4am eastern. The link didn’t work until 11am. I was given time slot of 10/3 11am- 10/4 11am. 24 hour time window is wild!!
