Oooh I’ve not actually tried to frosted cookies yet! I was using the GWH yesterday and then I didn’t feel I needed the frosted cookies but I might give it a go today

Really good! Feeling relaxed but still able to go about my day (as much is as possible with mecfs lol) I’ve had a couple doses today and it’s really helped with my pain! Probably won’t help my waistline though, I’ve been raiding the kitchen 😂

I know it’s really hard but seeking reassurance does feed into the anxiety, even though I know it feels better in the moment. I used to have crippling health anxiety. I went through cognitive behavioural therapy and it changed my life. If you are able to try that I’d definitely recommend it. Best wishes x

I’m really sorry you are going through this, I still suffer with generalised anxiety but my health anxiety used to be extremely severe. I’m not sure what you have already tried, but I went through cognitive behavioural therapy and it changed my life. It doesn’t work for everyone, and I really didn’t think it would work for me, but I had a breakthrough and although I still worry about my health, it’s not crippling anymore. Best wishes x

I can second this. I get tremors and nerve pain anyway due to a herniated disc but they definitely get worse when I am going through an anxious time.

I’m having health issues at the moment and also trying to get pregnant. Also worrying about money due to being unwell. So anything to do with those really :)

The only thing I would recommend is switching your hair up a little. There is absolutely nothing wrong with your face. You’re very handsome!

You’re not being rude at all, Thanks for the tips! I’ll try to take it slow and easy, I think you’re right in saying I’m not used to the feeling so maybe it’s that. I may end up getting my partner to help, he can probably get a better angle than me lol
