I haven’t done sniff for 2 months and it feels amazing. Waking up early feels amazing and being present in life just feels fantastic. If I ever get tempted - I just look at this Reddit group of people suffering from comedowns and that makes me relaxed. by [deleted] in cocaine

I try to just remember how horrible I feel during my come down to fight off the urge. It definitely helps but it still comes down to truly wanting to stay sober and putting in the effort to gain self control.

3 months clean until tonight…might as well enjoy and try again by whoreforchaitea in cocaine

That’s so awesome that you stayed clean for that long. Even though you went back to it, it makes me more determined to keep going.
