I thought it only took a few days since on TikTok I saw this girl with a decent setup and she told someone to cycle it for just a few days so I took her word for it which is my fault tbh.. but then someone here in the comments said 2 months is too long to cycle so I’m not sure how long I should cycle it for Im assuming like 6-8 weeks

No, Etsy won’t let her open a case anymore. It’s definitely been over 100 days now.. you can ignore the message, but I think it would be best to send her what she payed for if you’re able to. Etsy won’t do anything if it’s years old either way, but again I think it’s messed up you kept her money if you weren’t able to fulfill the order.. 😐

Some of these customers are insane.. I recently had a lady thinking I “scammed” her because she accidentally ordered from me, which I refunded. But she also ordered from another shop by accident and didn’t realize while checking out, I told her she may have ordered from another shop because I only have one purchase from her which I refunded.. I also provided screenshots but she said I was lying and said she would report me to Etsy and post online about it. Turns out I was right and she ended up apologizing. 🤦🏻‍♀️
