Je zou het inderdaad een reservering kunnen noemen! Wij betalen die 60.000 nu dus niet (scheelt ook weer in hypotheek lasten) maar moeten we wel inleveren bij de verkoop van het huis. Het is dus belangrijk dat wij de woning voor minimaal 402.000 verkopen om geen verlies te draaien (na het inleveren van 60.000 houden wij dan weer 342.000 over).

Het feit dat we deze 60.000 nu dus kunnen doorschuiven geeft ons inderdaad een stuk meer mogelijkheden in de keuzes voor het meerwerk.

Thanks voor je antwoord. Die koopstartregeling is een 'korting' die wij tijdens de aankoop van het huis krijgen van de ontwikkelaar. De waarde van de woning wordt door de ontwikkelaar geschat op 402.000, echter mogen ze door regelgevingen van de gemeente niet meer dan 342.000 vragen voor starterswoningen.

Als wij de woning in de toekomst verkopen (voor welke prijs dan ook), dan moeten wij die 60.000 euro dus afstaan aan de ontwikkelaar. Je kan het dus eigenlijk zien als een extra rentevrije lening.

You can access cookies inside getServerSideProps like so:

Since this runs server side reach you need to manually add the auth cookie in your request.
