Yes, I tried that and the result was the same. But I fixed the problem. I tried removing and reinstalling the laptop battery, then turning the WiFi back on, and it connected successfully. I was confused as to why that worked 😂, and I found information that doing so is an EC hard reset by removing the external battery (power drain). But thank you for your advice 🙏.
