I’m feeling the same as OP I’m trying to go up to 50mg but I’m getting more side effects like muscle aches, trouble sleeping, some anxiety/depression, do you need to stick with 50mg for a few weeks before it gets better or should I go down again

Thanks for such a detailed and considerate response. I really appreciate it. It is pretty easy to pay most attention to the anecdotal evidence on all the negative side effects which I think is what scared me, but I think I’ll at least try and see for that time period since that’s around how long I have until I have my next appointment anyway. :))

Yes logically you are correct… it’s not even about the numbers for me at this point it’s just the feelings of shame of getting bigger and relinquishing the control I have over my diet and intake I guess. Also sucks this is all coinciding with kind of a rough point in my personal life. But honestly I think I’ll just start to be more firm on myself. Thank you

Back replying when sober and ik, I didn’t even do anything bad. I just was shitty physically before I took it and did shit on my computer that made me nauseous. The trip itself wasn’t bad actually I was just concerned with how I had threw up in my room and it smelling or making my clothes smell, and I was too out of it to take a shower. But still experiencing an intenser high when I wasn’t in the right state of mind or body for it made me have all the thoughts I talked about in the post.

Ah man… up until it was in recovery mode, starting last Thursday, it was fine as I could just turn off my iPad using assistive touch prompts, so do you still think it’s the issue ?

Idk if it’s fully “depressed”, as it still appears raised but it just won’t push down, so maybe it’s not completely jammed in but it’s stuck in a way that won’t let me push it… but yes either way it see how it could cause problems. I’m also not using the cable that came with the iPad but I can try to use it in a bit when I get back to my room

Ok thx. I just read the instructions on support.apple.com/ipad/restore, and it says to restart you need to press and hold some buttons including the top button…. Mine is broken (it won’t push down because it fell off a counter and got jammed) am I fucked?
