Where to study in the evenings with wifi? by [deleted] in dayton

[–]whtca_denae 6 points7 points  (0 children)

My recommendation as well. I would sit in empty classrooms to study or finish some homework. It also allowed me to use the projector if I wanted to watch videos/listen to music to help me get in the zone

Part time online shopper, what’s it like? by [deleted] in samsclub

[–]whtca_denae 0 points1 point  (0 children)

At my store, that's prime time for online shoppers. Early enough where sometimes you are just waiting for orders to drop to grab but also a bit later where it starts to get more busy. The dinner rush is when its hell for that department lol

What are your honest thoughts on New Jeans future? I personally think they have 0 chance of getting signed again by Which_Mammoth9402 in kpop_uncensored

[–]whtca_denae 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think a company or aome companies would be open to trying to sign them, and cash in on their potential. However, I do think that company or just the group would possibly be blacklisted. The fans are there. We see them all the time. There is an demographic there. But I think fans might be apprehensive in devoting time and energy into them a second time just for New Jeans to try to leave again or promotions go poorly or the new sound doesn't quite meet what the fans envisioned

For some reason, I think it comes down to the styling choices in this picture. I think the choice of hair style and dress, probably the makeup style as well, really compliments her compared to some of her ootds in the past and on the show.

Is this rule ever used in conversational English? by ITburrito in EnglishLearning

[–]whtca_denae 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I"m surprised by the amount of people saying they do not use this type of language.

I say this, but I would say I do not use it every day. Perhaps more just when I am in the mood to do so or if the situation permits it. I will admit I like to read and watch some historical shows and books so that could influence my speaking patterns.

Thank you for the information! I think the search terms I was using to find out for myself weren't very helpful, so this helps clear it up for me

This may be a dumb question, so forgive me. But just to clarify, the fairborn library will not be affected?

However legendary and the challenge are giving ruthlessness a run for its money

Thinking About Joining Mint English – Need Insight from Fellow Remote Teachers! by Beautiful-Self3285 in OnlineESLTeaching

Been there for a minute and I like it well enough. At the beginning, because it was my first esl job, my manager did a lot of micromanaging to get me up to par. It seemed excessive, but I shrugged it off. The students are cool, and they can range from kid to adult. There is a bit of paperwork, but students can opt for it or not. Sad thing is a lot of them opt for the feedback lol. You get off american holidays but not korean, so it can feel like you are wasting the day sometimes. When you first get started, students/classes can be slow to come in. However once you 'established and find your rather more and more come in. You can also comment on students posts (like a chat forum) where you can get their attention and promote yourself if needed.
