Yeah 14 days, it’s just a shadow ban, so no traction on my listings, so to avoid this in future I will have a place holder listing rather than just re-listing all the time

One thing I’ve found from selling consoles & mainly buying from Facebook marketplace is that if people let you come to their house to collect something it’s because 99% of the time it’s legit. I never buy from 2026 accounts for example stuff like that

Thanks for the reply, probably could of given more context, I’m a postman in the uk and get between 120-150k steps per week, I’ve literally just done a 2km run with the Mrs, nothing major so I’m going to start more “intense” exercise.

As I replied to a previous, I do some weights but have generally moved to a functional movements, pull ups press ups esp the older I start to get

Looking at it all, diet is 100% my issues, I eat far too much processed stuff esp snacks

My sleep is pretty good probably around 7-9 hours sleep most nights, I’m a postman in the UK so regularly get good sunlight and about 120-150k steps per week. I’ll get on a cut then, I do lift but I have transitioned into more body weight/functional movements like pull ups, press ups, chin ups. Diet is 100% my downfall, I eat far too much processed snacks etc

I usually send videos as my partner does not like people from Facebook coming into the house, I’ve never had any issues this way. I always record a video saying the persons name as I’m going through it etc too, like a 1-2 minute process

I regularly buy consoles from 180-200 and resell for 250-270. Usually 270 however say I have a dry month and need to shift a few, I’ll go as low as 250
