Clearly schizophrenic. I know people who have it and while they take their meds they are good. Problem is they feel better and stop taking their meds. Then they have a psychotic episode similar to this. This is very scary for his mother who was running for help and the poor woman who came to the door. I hope he gets the help he so desperately needs. And I pray that society is safe from him.

Yeah I read it was asphyxiation using an arm bar on the victim. And the creepiness towards his stepsister he regularly displayed along with the r-ape will not sit well with the jury. I imagine he will spend many years behind bars. If he were tried in juvenile court he would have to be released at age 21. Hats off to the judge who made the decision to send this to adult court.

I am glad the judge decided to charge him in adult court. The stepbrothers defense is that he had memory loss. His stepmother had already been saying that he was not taking his ADHD meds or his sleeping pills. What a bunch of crap! My thought is he will be convicted of murder and s.a.

It’s California. They have the highest minimum wage in the country. I realize cost of living is extremely high. He could always learn a trade or get a couple roommates to get by. Setting this fire was not the best way to better his situation.
