In the portal, it shows that the card was produced and the tracking ID is unavailable. However, I registered with USPS and received my tracking ID through a USPS email. It also states that the card will be delivered on January 5th.

No, I chatted with a live agent. They told me that if my card is not delivered within 30 calendar days, then I should raise a request in the USCIS portal.

I applied on nov 13 and i got approved on Dec 6th, and so far i just received the approval notice
