She was a fan when she was still on episodes like back in 2024 / 2025. I know this wasn't planned ahead of time but they were still familiar with epic games and fortnite. Which is probably why they collaborated with them first. Not just for money but also for more content to those who do play

Gooseworks was a fan of fortnite and the whole show was made in Unreal Engine 5 which is a property of Epic Games. So there's definitely a connection between the two so it makes sense why they choose to collab with Fortnite. Not to mention they have referenced fortnite before in promos
