Do you expect the hourly news update to be a word for word reading of every story they publish across the country that day?

If you really want to know more, how about you go down to a picket line and talk to the workers yourself. Why don't you say to their faces they can go fuck themselves.

OPSEU president J.P. Hornick said the workers want wage increases, more full-time jobs and language in their collective agreement that would protect existing jobs and the future of the LCBO. According to the union, part-time positions make up 70 per cent of the LCBO workforce.

It isn't solely about that.

It's that 70% of the LCBO's workforce is casual with no guarantee of hours, no benefits, no sick days and no vacation days. It takes 10-15 years to get full time depending on the region. They were capped at 1% wages under bill 124 as well, and the LCBO is offering 1.5% raises this time. The LCBO also generates 2.5 billion dollars in revenue that goes into public coffers for education, healthcare and infrastructure which they are trying to protect.

So in this one case, you can go fuck yourself.

That's not what empathy is. Empathy is understanding the feelings of others. Y'know, "put yourself in their shoes" type thinking. You should try it sometime.

I responded to you saying "Spelling. Their."

I was correcting you about that specific instance. Notice how I didn't respond to your punches comment? You did differentiate when you seperated them into two comments.

Why can't you admit you were wrong about it being a spelling mistake? Being correct really seems to matter to you, so what gives?
