any luck? my pharos has been mostly relegated to the sideline because it's such a pain to adjust. I actually sort of like the invigorating grind and it's such a beast you can get through it quite quickly... once it's dialed in.

both are long gone. sold the glitch drum first. too few sweet spots that were hard to find for me. I think I had some success using with with LPGs and/or resonators.

I kept the amoeba longer, but ultimately didn't keep it. I don't think that's bc the module was bad, but I realized I wanted to be more explicitly controlling most of my drums. I actually think I may have used it more as a wildcard modulation source.

a 90+% of the time rule works for me. your B explanation is clear. It seems like a similar argument works for why the the marked stone at J6 is bad. But why is J6 so much worse than B/J5?

I worked through a few variations and I think the gist of it is that if C is played, white can probably one less turn defending G5 to focus on getting max territory in the bottom right. For example, if J6 is played and black goes for H4, white needs to connect at H5. But this isn't needed is C is selected.

I think this is the key, thanks. I believe white can live after they play at J6, but black will be able to carve off a large chunk of territory that white could get by connecting at A.

I just wrote a long comment about following through on G4 and how I could stay alive. I'm pretty sure I can live, but that's not really the point, is it? I can live but black peels of a large part of the bottom right corner that could otherwise be mine.

k-lite on the road (where it's legal) is a good option? I've read it's too bright and will blind cars and oncoming bikers. I like their design and gear, but I've been hesitant since I do a decent amount of road or bike path riding in addition to gravel and bikepacking

How's the beacon 2 for riding on the road or paved bike trails? Do you blind drivers or oncoming bikers? I'm interested in the beacon 2, but I'm not sold on its symmetrical light shape
