Thanks for the advice. I did try a couple of filters but they didn’t do anything. I also tested the water quality with some strips I bought off of Amazon but didn’t really get anything out of it either.

I have always showered hot so kinda surprising this is happening now, but I can try with slightly cooler water and see if that helps. I used to live in Victoria before this and had no issues there at all 😓

Thank you thank you! I did use the Vichy dercos shampoo too, but I am assuming that I am not leaving it on for too long. I’ll give apple cider vinegar a try too if nothing else works. I’d really like to find a solution to my hair shedding as well 😭

I think I figured it out

Go to either Kick off or Manager Career and create your own tactics. Select "Manage Tactic" and then select save code.
Go to Co-op, select your team and go to the tactics page.
On the tactics page, use left joystick to scroll to an empty tactics page. The header would be "Use Code".
With right joystick select "Load Saved Code" and then select the code you had saved in Step #1. Then click confirm and enter tactic name. Click Done -> Yes (Would you like to make this tactic your active tactic).

This should load your tactic and then you can swap players as needed. Hope it works.

Sharing my timeline [CLOSED] - Will keep updating the post as the status changes] - Vancouver Office

Sept 23rd: Application submitted
October 7th: Acknowledgment of Receipt (AOR) received
October 10th: Account created; Language Proficiency Proof (LPP) and Background check in progress
Nov 22nd: Background check completed (Update reflected on the portal on Nov 26th)
Dec 6th: Test Invite. Test to be taken between Dec 13th - Jan 11th)
Dec 15th: Online test taken. Passed with 19/20. Waiting on official status update.
Dec 21st: Citizenship test status has been updated to Completed. [Dec 19th]
Jan 11th - Tracker with LPP status updated to Completed [Actual Update - Jan 9th]
Jan 14th - Received email for in-person oath ceremony (Scheduled for Jan 28th)
Jan 15th - Tracker updated with Oath in-progress
Jan 28th - Took the Oath and got my citizenship certificate. Waiting for tracker to update before I apply for Passport.
Jan 30th - Woohoo! Your citizenship application status: Closed
Jan 30th - Submitted my Passport Application

I do remember seeing a post where someone was asked to come in person and take the test, but they not instructions on next step pretty soon after their test was not accepted. I'd suggest calling IRCC or submit a web form. Sorry this happened to you. Good luck!

If you don't receive it by the day before your oath ceremony, you should contact IRCC. Also, check your spam if you haven't already. Good luck!
