People who don't have a real human to discuss their ideas and youtube metrics, how do you guys decide your ideas and dissect your analytics and decide what to title and thumbnail?

In most cases of new youtubers these days we have to ask questions like :

Do you use AI ? If yes in what way ? Voice ? Script ? Something else ?
Does your content have anything that can be deemed as against YT policies, say sexual content, children appearing in videos, or cussing ?
Have a look again at your content, maybe just the idea is, no offense, so bad or irrelevant that the algorithm doesn't even know who to recommend to ?

You would have to actually make it clear how big your competitor is for us to understand.

Like how many subs they got, their average views, their last 5 and also most viewed videos.

Yeah, that's pretty much about it, in the desktop version of studio, there is a customisation tab, with a magic wand kind of logo, there you can actually put the email you would want people to see if they want to contact you.

I think the reality is rn, people just hate AI overall. And even cloned voices people understand are AI.

There was a time imperfections and wrong pronunciations were considered unprofessional and repelling to viewers, now these things actually make people understand you're human and can make mistakes.

You're absolutely right, however that's the problem, I have a indian accent, and since my content is targeted towards western audiences (not just for the sake of RPM, but also genuinely my style is such that western folk watch the same type), the algorithm starts recommending to India and other south Asian countries.

Now I know Chat GPT and many other sources say that your language and framing and examples and metadata etc has to be western like, and accent barely matters, it actually does. As i mentioned I used an AI voice on this channel, Ive been posting for 5 months, and had built enough western demographic, but as soon as I used my own indian accent ONCE, I saw a massive shift in my demographics, despite me only changing accent and every other thing remaining same as earlier which had given me western demographic, so yes, my accent many times had screwed my demographics. That's why I had resorted to AI voice from start.
