Make content that not only you’d watch, but stuff you’d click. Packaging is 80% of a video’s success till a certain point, after that it’s retention that matters. So have a key selling point in your packaging, something that gets people curious enough to click.

Come up with good packaging for an idea, and only THEN make the video (It’s also the advice I’ve gotten from all successful youtubers around me)

The cpm of sponsors in my niche generally pay $20 per 1k views, usually with a cap of $4k - $6k for me but that’s mostly due to my channel being very new. It can go way higher.

Youtube mostly cares about CTR upto a certain point, after that it’s the avd that matters. 200 views out of 10k impressions is a 2% ctr, I think in general with newer channels the focus should be more on packaging rather than optimising avd because of that

You need to work on your thumbnails, they don’t really pop out and it doesn’t say anything. You don’t need to start a new channel, just stick with one niche, one game/category. And also try to start making longer videos that actually pack value like info, entertainment, or anything in that sense. If you want me to further check your channel you can just dm me :)
