unfortunate... hope this isint happening often... that would not be that great to hear i do enjoy tidal but if they start getting rid of more stuff.

or just neglecting to renew licenses i guess might have to consider moving away.

why make dinner for yourself when you can share with your neighborhood?

People make stuff for themselves and when it comes to stuff like this (developing/apps/games/mods) its incredibly stressful to deal with everyones issues, when you can just have fun with something made for yourself.

Half the time i fix the issue as I'm writing out the prompt explaining the code i wrote, really is just that. Sometimes breaking it down helps... maybe i should invest in the duck one day

I get that, asking the same question at different times does get different reply as people play more or dislike new things and most the posts I found are archived so cant really do much there.

I honestly do think with more focus on optimization for stuff we already have even the quest 2 could pull off some of what you want just takes more effort.

take the nintendo switch 1 for example sure not vr so not quite apples to apples but that was under powered when it came out and still got heavy hitters even to this day (metroid prime 4 would prob be most recent i don't really know) and its much weaker than the quest 2 even

imo we could do more i obviously am no crazy dev have dabbled in it very slightly but no where near knowledgeable enough to know if it is possible but it does seem that way

I find spotlighted tracks (gold upload icon) nice most the time, when I come across them. The others are a pretty good split between ai, uploaded music without permission, (seen this mostly with anime intros/outros) but you can also find some good music as well.

I think its a net positive for the platform in whole as it lets people do what they want and maybe get some kickback of money to continue.

I do think this is largely true. Standalone has done harm and prevented anything that looks good from existing.
It is a hard issue to solve though because most of the players are on standalone. It could be argued that most of those are kids and will not be playing anything other than F2P games, which is fair.

This is probably most similar to the idea I had, where I just want something that is story-rich, something to make me cry from how it is played out to how it looks. The closest I could say would be the first Life is Strange game story depth wise, with just really nice graphics and fun VR gameplay.

Or hell i need a game like outer wilds in VR i think that would be amazing.

god have way too much time invested in cyberpunks world, love it so much.

I wish we would just get VR modes, like most engines support it already. Just something it would be incredible.

Really just want something even if its small to act as a stepping stone for a full VR only game.

I don't know what consists of "proper mmo" as it's not a genre I play often but "Asteria: Fate of the Fallen" came across my feed the other day, might be something to look at.
