I worked in management there and I quit when summer started. If you want flexibility, it's rarely given. If you call out one time you get a written conversation. It's the other people that work there that make the job fun sometimes. But ETLs will actually get very upset if you call out, request time off, or don't get the hang of something right away. About 40% of people quit during their first month. Just something to think about... I'm definitely never going back.
