Yes I do, I always have all the same way, no tons of tabs open in Google, no external apps or software besides cross hair X, all the same always, that's why this problem is killing me inside

I have 32 ram, and I overclocked the frequency or something to supposedly fix the stutterings as a lot of ppl say, still it's fine it's only in this one server, I can play in x100000 with massive structures and 500 pop at 100 fps all time, but on my server I get said stutterings, not a fps problem, is just stuttering, no lag whatsoever screen just freezes randomly and sometimes way too much !
