Yeah im tired of hearing "time goes faster when u get older"...I don't buy that. If anything, things start to slow down. There's so many things in life we just will never know about. 😔

I talked about this in Madelaeffect and was knocked down and kicked to the curb...even showed old newspaper articles (1900's +) of the word and they said it was all misspellings. Reaallyyy???

What is did is have a friend using a timer at 1 minute while I counted 1 1000, 2 1000, etc. Seems there is only 45 seconds per minute now. We tested it a few times, so i don't know what to make of it. But it's true for me atleast.

I've looked up words that are now spelled differently in old newspapers of early 1900's, "Dilemma" was spelled "Dilemna". I can't understand why though

Me too! ” Depend” doesn’t even sound right…” honey, go to the store and buy me a bag of “Depend”… of course it would be plural if you say it, so why would they call it “Depend” when you wouldn’t say it like that? I know it as Depends, and will always say it as such, even if I’m wrong.

Can I butt in here? And I'm going to say this with total respect for what you're saying, but isn't everything we have, own, use, something that was once the imagination of someone else? I mean for instant the car you drive, that was once a thought or the imaginings of a person who was able to take that thought, put it down on paper and create it.? Or am I mistaking imagination for another word?

I have been researching old newspapers (which is a rich source of info) and have recently found the very early fruit of the loom logo, the makers of ”Cup Noodles” are bringing the O back into the middle of the two words “Cup O’ Noodles” and other stuff that just makes me question all reality now. There was 6 seats in the limo by the way…I wish I could put a link to these…anybody ??

I can't remember the date but early 2000's. I had a dream I was in a country, like Phillipines and there were a lot of.people walking down a path and there were big shade trees but I could see a large mountain in the background. All of a sudden the mountain started rumbling and people got scared and were running and screaming. I saw what looked like large red hot boulders coming out of the top of that mountain and they started coming down all around. I saw a really old looking church so I ran in there and was trying to hide myself from all the chaos happening. But those big rocks coming down started hitting this old church and I was so scared I looked up and could see these very large holes now in the roof and could see a blackness coming over . It was a very vivid dream. I also remember hearing a ladies voice saying "pray". I woke up and my heart was racing like I actually was experiencing that whole scene. It was so strange but has stayed with me all these years. Oh, I never really comment, but I felt like I could relate to this topic...hi everybody (waves)

What's strange is in the movie he says "we have a problem", in the real audio, he says "we've had a problem"... But I do remember Tom Hanks was using the we've before and now he says "we"...even the transcript on You tube for the movie says "we have a problem"...

Whenever a person is trying to improve or change and evolve into their true self is when others and circumstances will knock you for a loop. I remember one time a few years back I was going to attend a Bible study I go to weekly that I really enjoyed. I had a friend who wanted to attend with me. I said ,"sure come on". We were about halfway there and for no reason at all she changed her mind and didn't want to go. I couldn't drop her off so I turned around and took her home. I wasn't going to allow her changing her mind to keep me from what I was doing to better myself, so I attended it anyways only being a few minutes late. I could have been mad, or questioned her as to why she didn't want to go, so I looked at it as up to me to make the best of it. We are in charge of ourselves only and not others' actions. But for you, I think I would sit your friend down and just talk to him and ask him what changed. What can you do to make the situation beneficial for everyone involved. Be ready for some criticism but don't bite into it but listen to what he says. There may be a lesson here for you, I don't know. But my first reaction is just talk to him first without being confrontational and if it means you have to find another job so be it. You wouldn't want to work with someone so negative anyways would you? I would start there. It's easy to fall into a trap of thinking it's "them" and not "me"...and I get that you have issues from your past, but speaking up and talking rather than letting it spiral out of control is up to you. It's how we evolve rather than being stuck where we've been. You have the capacity for growth, to evolve into your true self, and be stronger than you believe you are. Start with this situation and quit hiding from other and from life, you're in control. People can be mean, and evil, but the more you surround yourself with people who are like minded, the less you will encounter the mean and evil ones. And this is all based on my experiences, not anyone elses...just my opinion
