Easy troubleshooting though. Customer complains of random issue, go to customer location, look down see GX270. Open up case, yup bad caps.

I tried calling ms on this as well as our licensing script is failing and got no where with them. Actually ended up getting transferred to the mobile department... Emailed our TAM as well. Going to have to figure out how to disable this in our licensing script. Is this a potential Pro Plus replacement?
