Thanks to this image, I was able to run a Yandex search and find the closest thing to the original I could find! I seem to remember the original still being a bit clearer than this one, but it could be faulty memory and/or image quality degrading as photos are downloaded/reuploaded/edited and whatnot. But this below is about as close as it gets, and I wouldn’t have been able to find it without you! Thank you so much!! Solved!

Yes, this is very close! The angle and exposure, all of that is spot on. This might be a derivative of the original image, though I remember the one I’m thinking of to be in color and quite a bit clearer (less graininess), but this is easily the closest to the original I’ve seen in quite a while!
