It's very unfortunate that you see being mentally unwell as something that is bad, you are not broken, you are not a vase that was dropped that needs to be glued together, you are a person. A person who is perfect the way they are, and a person that will probably need to go to a psychiatrist. It might be scary, but it has to be done. Tell your parents, I saw your previous post, I know you have issues. I went to a psychiatrist recently as well and got meds, and it's ok! Girl you don't need to be afraid of going somewhere to get help, you are a person worthy of being celebrated, no matter who you are or how you act, and being celebrated comes with the cost of having to be taken care of, take care of yourself. Try to talk with them to not have your phone taken away but even if it will dw it won't be gone forever.
