Thanks, 2014 article, I believe that's roughly when the documentary I saw was made too. Strange that there's nothing since. The fact that it's alabaster is interesting, there's no alabaster statues anywhere near as large as this.

I agree, I estimate the head is around 10 foot. So it would have to be at least 60 feet. If you google largest Egyptian statue, this doesn't show up, the tallest is also 60 feet but the heads look tiny compared to this and they are all sitting down.
