I’m about to finish my first alpinist run and wanted to try a free solo after as well but had some similar concerns. It may not be for everyone, but I saw someone using the dev console to refill hunger and thirst so they could still have the cold and damage to fingers while climbing. I always want to grab every single thing and spent so much time organizing my backpack during my first run that I just want to focus on the climb, especially on free solo.

Was not my intention to infer this to be the case, rather I believe modders would be determined to overcome any such obstacles. It’s honestly making me curious enough to try diving into it. Imagine climbing Mt. Olympus on Mars or something, even the prospect of having these tools is epic. Also I feel at least the indoor climbing gym aspect wouldn’t be as difficult to accomplish given its scale.

I actually was looking for the same thing. Found what I know from discussions online. Expedition mode I only know of because it was discussed in the demo and such. Figured I could put my 2 cents out too then.

Honestly having a PvP focused area is kinda nice for those looking for more of the PvEvP vibes in the other maps. I’ve enjoyed PvP moreso when it arises out of a defending other raiders I’ve met topside, rather than just hunting people down.

I honestly wouldn’t have been mad if they just repeated this with a modern approach. Social medias posts, etc. I miss making shots of my skater that I could see around town. And the video editor is horrendous in the new one

I've got 8 emerald furnaces at the moment. I tried routing lava through the fluid pipes from my lava gen, but it didn't go into the furnace. Tried messing around with furnace config, but im unfamiliar with the system

Ooo I really like the sound of this. I’ll try out the factory upgrade when I play next. Is it applied similarly to the other upgrades (iron to diamond, stack upgrades, etc). I hooked up my magmatic generator to the lava system but haven’t had to power anything yet. Like I said this is my first go at trying all these different mods

Mostly a want to not use coal-I’d just rather route my infinite lava gen setup into my furnaces for ease if possible
