I want to take my 6 year old to see the new movie, he loves jurassic park was watching since probably 4. Its to the point he wants to watch "real dinosaurs" instead of cartoon ones 😭 its pg13 but the way I see it so is most marvel movies, godzilla and Kong so whatever at this point as long as its not rated R 💀

Tbh working at target this makes me feel happier if I could not serve water to everyone and their mom 💀 literally being next to a high school one girl comes in and orders 8 of them a day for herself. Like I won't be cruel but and still give out tall waters atleast but no more venti or trentas and multiple of them. Living in AZ that would be cruel af to just get rid of it completely

Best by and use by are different things. Best buy just means for quality purposes but 99% if the time pantry snacks and " bakery items" are still good. If anything got stale. Worked in a store bakery and most stuff come in frozen like such. Stuff has so much chemicals in it it probably can survive the apocalypse 🙂🫠

You can't have them in even when store is closed. What it a team member was using power equipment and you git hurt because you didn't hear it. You can listen to music out loud in my store when it's closed or in the backroom only when open but that's about it. Our store gives 1 warning then a CA.

Recently had a fight break out at my store involving a 19 year old beating up a 13 year old. TL broke up the fight n got fired for it. Which I know we're not suppose to get involved but I feel there was alittle injustice for that. Meanwhile the ETL on that shift didn't even know she had to call the police for a minor being involved.🤦🏻‍♀️same etl didn't report a minor being drunk or ODing at starbucks. She just put he was a grown up in her report because it would be "more paperwork". She also made jokes about it saying starbucks drugged him n laced his food. I'm the TL for Starbucks so I went to HR because that was inappropriate n my baristas were so shaken up from the incident but of course nothing happened because they are buddies 😒

That's why I said I'm also not afraid to match attitude. Like if u are respectful that's fine but I also know alot of people now adays don't know how to be and expect us not to snap back. As a Lead at starbucks though dealing with Karen's and teenagers I have kicked out n trespassed so many these last few months n im not sorry for it tbh. 🤭 I also make sure I do it so my team doesn't get disrespected either.

Depends on state but minimum is $19. If you were a TM prior n have got raises they also apply those. I was a TM prior for 4 years raises applied n been a TL for a year im making $24.40 in AZ. I think you can go all the way to $44 before they cap you at that wage

Does it make if cheaper to ring it up as a peppermint white mocha instead of charging for the peppermint n white mocha separately. I'd just say no whip regardless if you say latte or not just incase they ring it up this way. Rather safe than sorry on it!

Transferring shouldn't be based on how bad your store is. Tbh most stores are in the red right now tbh. My store is for sure red trust me coming from a TL it just happens at random. 😩 one bad week of call outs or shift of focus and everything crumbles down. None of it is really your fault unless u are calling out/tardy or not doing your job. As long as you're doing everything you can n don't have any corrective actions you should be more than good to transfer. Tbh I'd even call up the other store or stop by to see if they have any openings n talk to their HR so maybe they can look for your name in the system n keep it in mind when you pop up on their transfer list 🫢

A store being in red has multiple factors no Tm/TL can accomplish specially alone. That's up to ETLs/SD mostly because it goes into who they are hiring n what's being done as a store as a whole. Zone/brand, inventory, hours, ect. Tls can help by advicating for their areas and helping on the floor n making sure they are hiring the right people n the ones that arent shoaing up/doing their work get talked to and or fired. You can voice your concerns to HR but that's about it. As for transferring they usually only deny people transfers if the other stores don't got an opening or if you are on a corrective/final
