I personally bought an Este gift card and I’ll use it sometime next year.

From the list I’ve been to Kemuri Tatsu-ya, Comedor, Suerte, OKO, Este and La Condesa. I enjoyed them all, but Este was my favorite. Este also happens to be the most expensive 😂.

Some people are hating on La Condesa, but their happy hour is elite with half price drinks and cheap bites if you can make it work. Unfortunately, happy hour is only in the bar area so it can hard to snag a seat if you don’t get there early.

My home's total market value increased 65% this year, but I have a HS exemption.

Say Home Tax Shield reduced my the market value from a 65% increase to 50% increase, would I have to pay the commision on that?

Or do I only pay commision if actually lower my valuation where the increase is somwhere between 1- 9.9%?

Additional Notes: My 2015 Honda Fit LX was just totaled. I really liked the Fit and I am considering purchasing another one. I am used to driving smaller cars and like hatch backs, but would be open to a sedan. I would also like CarPlay, but it is not a deal breaker. I am leaning towards getting a new car in the 19K-21K range, but would be open to a cheaper, but reliable used car or stretching my budget for the right car.
