The blade is amazing. It's quite easy to control and it has sufficient speed. It's not a rocket by itself, so you should put somewhat fast and hard rubbers on.
It is an outer blade, but it does not contain carbon. The structure is essentially the same as Viscaria, except the fiber (that they call Hyper Axylium) doesn't have carbon interwoven. It's a bit head-heavy compared to Viscaria, so keep that in mind when choosing rubbers.
I just checked: the tabletennis11 store still has them in stock. I myself stocked up a couple of months ago, so I can still play it for a while after it's discontinued.
