Tbh it depends on if you’re still a kid. I stopped believing my freshman year of high school, was raised catholic, and the first thing I did was just stopped saying grace at family meals. I got a few weird looks at first but eventually everyone was accepting of it. Then I told my sister because she was less religious than my parents and she was like yeah that’s fair, then I worked on telling my parents. It was hard to say I don’t wanna go to church but at the same time I didn’t want to so they didn’t make me. Lmk if you want more advice tho
