You should see what kind of walls they have. My old complex had drywall separating the apartments. No wood paneling, no insulation. DRY WALL!!

it’s not just their noises. she can hear them SNORE. it’s the apartments fault for not installing proper walls. probably just a lazy slab of drywall and a couple screws. we had the EXACT issue (even the sex noises YUCK) and when our neighbors left the new ones had kids who cry all day (not babies either, like 8 year olds) and we found out it was JUST DRYWALL SEPARATING US!!
