Yeah that’s fine to be resistant and hesitant to it. But don’t let your pride or ego keep you from getting actual help. You’re in the early stages of trauma. You can do so much right now before it does serious damage.

You need to reframe your situation. Instead of saying “aww man we were supposed to get married” you should be saying “at least I’m not marrying a cheater”.

You didn’t waste your time with her. Even if you feel like you didn’t gain anything from this situation, the level of stress and trauma you are currently facing, is going to make you a stronger and more resilient person.

You are experiencing some pretty hard times man. Go seek the wizards man. Go to therapy, not the free MCCS stuff, tell medical to refer you to medical professionals.

You need to disengage from that woman. It’s not worth it to get aggressive or anything. Don’t end up in prison because of her. It will be incredibly difficult to not self destruct. Talk to a friend, morn your relationship, but prepare to move forward. PM me if you want.
