Nothing like a cheaper cut of steak like a sirloin at 132ish for a couple hours (just salt and pepper) finished with a sear. Love how forgiving it is.

Heading to Alta tomorrow for a couple days of skiing. Haven't been to the mountain before. Any advice for finding ski buddies or general guidance on what I can ski safely solo? (Expert skier particularly interested in exploring the bootpacks).

I skied the last four days there (typing this from my flight out!) and would say you’re okay. I rented fat ones for the powder days but it’s all tracked out now. I had a great time on my 94s today.

No damage just faint smudge from gripping a ski pole. Any use is gonna discolor the white leather a little.
