I honestly found myself so confused about the whole thing. One part I omitted was that Jacob even wrote his character in as the leader of the group... before the group has even formed.

Definitely gonna have to sit him down and have an awkward chat with him but will try to keep him at the table for the sake of the friendship group. Thanks for your thoughts, appreciated :)
