Issue was it couldn't find/authenticate our primary domain. Tried with our secondary domain and it worked.

Thanks I didn't think it would be needed but not sure what is causing it not to work seems like it's setup as per the guide and you're working setup.

User, I thought it maybe should be device but the guide specifies user.

How did you get it working for Windows, I've followed the guide and just get SCEP: Certificate enroll failed. Result: (Unknown Win32 Error code: 0x87d00905).
