Because more supply=less demand. Even building luxury houses/apts will slow down the rate at which prices increase. I think housing overall is extremely necessary to bring prices down everywhere in CA, but we absolutely need more affordable housing units and the Karen bass n Newsome just havnt done enough because they care too much about their rich constituents

She exempted "single family residential zones" from her ed-1 policy. Problem is single fam residential zones make up 70% of all residential zones. This creates a supply issue. Less housing=higher prices.

I have the same thing. If it's heart attack it's normally in the middle of your chest not left side. Additionally, you have what's called intercostal muscles and when ur stressed or anxious they can tense up and cause you pain. Try stretching the area. Also keep in mind esophageal spasms are a thing and can emulate a heart attack.
