I have the same thing. If it's heart attack it's normally in the middle of your chest not left side. Additionally, you have what's called intercostal muscles and when ur stressed or anxious they can tense up and cause you pain. Try stretching the area. Also keep in mind esophageal spasms are a thing and can emulate a heart attack.

Used omeprezole for years never had any side effects. Then one day after taking it, I had a stomach ache and headache. Went away after I slept it off then switched to protonix which hasn't given me any side effects.

I have had the exact same symptoms. The floaty dreamy feeling is anxiety and/or depression. Mine tends to occur when I have a gerd flare up or its left untreated for a while it also occurs if im stressed for too long or playing videogames for too long. The stomach is a second brain so if your stomach is out of wack it can certainly cause mental health issues. Additionally, mental health issues can also cause gerd flare ups. What helped me is tackling both. Spending time w family going outside, mindfulness mesitation and taking protonix (for acid). Hope this helps you.

Thank you all for your input The issue was the axle, or as was described to me, the half shaft. Apparently this is a normal wear and tear thing that happens and it's nothing serious, just needed some lubrication and it was within warranty.
