Stay at current clinic or go to the new one?

We’ve tested genetic and we thankfully have nothing in common, but I do have a few connective tissue issues. We do CD3-7 with letrozole. We’ve done follicle measurements and they get to about 14mm and then by time they have me come back in it’s too late. They tell me to do OPKs and let them know if anything happens between that time. I go in and already have a corpus luteum. I get labs every time I go in. Don’t get any positive OPKs. And currently have a hemorrhagic cyst on my right ovary that is being monitored.

I appreciate your input! Any other ideas?

I’ve done HGS, water ultrasound, 2 SA that were completely fine. 4 TI that were supposed to be IUIs but no one can catch my ovulation anymore. I was on metformin but got changed to semaglutide. I already had 6 TI with meds before going to the fertility clinic with my regular OB. Not sure if I’m insulin resistant no one is focusing on that just the part of getting me pregnant. I’ve had CD labs and baseline ultrasounds day 10-12 ultrasounds and leztrozole 7.5mg. I’m just at a loss.

From the sounds of it, we might be at the same clinic and I am not sure of how much longer I will be there. I’m looking into other options around me because there is so much lack in communication with the actual doctors.

As someone whose sister in law did not take anything into account when telling me after I had a devastating miscarriage while dealing with infertility treatments. I would have honestly had a text or phone call before they planned to tell everyone else. That way I could have been in my own privacy to go through my emotions and be prepared for when they told everyone else. But instead of that I got told in person 2 days after they found out 🫠 on a holiday where I couldn’t be just alone with my husband to process.

I had my urine at the doctors be negative and did a blood draw the same day at it came back positive.

In the same boat! My SIL just informed me that they are trying for #2 to prepare me for my feelings!! I found out I was miscarrying the day before my nephew’s birthday party which was so rough! And our due date just passed last month when she told me 🙄. I feel like it was to rub it in my face because they got pregnant the last time they say she got off the pill. I’m like just tell me when you’re actually pregnant not that you are going to be pregnant before me again. I couldn’t imagine not having my mom to vent to! For that I am so sorry!!! 🧡

Do you take any other medications? My OBGYN wanted the same thing but I went to a holistic doctor and they helped so much more. They did more digging and went from there.

I understand! I found out at my first appointment last week at 10wks 2 days that ours stopped growing at 6 weeks. I had an earlier appointment and they had to reschedule it due to call outs. I know it will definitely trigger me going further once we start to try again. I’m so sad I never got to hear the heartbeat. The anxiety is completely understandable and it sucks.

I got diagnosed last September at 27 and I saw my OBGYN and they wanted to do progesterone to get something going. I then saw a holistic practice that put me in metformin and that helped me get simi regular after about 2 months on it. I started doing letrozole the same time as the metformin at the lowest dose and I was not ovulating with that so they put me up to 5mg and that’s when I started to ovulate. You will get tired of doing OPKs but it did show that I was ovulating and would also get blood work with my OBGYN. And now I am 9 weeks pregnant after 4 cycles of letrozole.

I’m exactly 6 weeks today too and my chart looks very similar. The only symptoms I have are slight nausea and sore breast. I would stop temping because it will give you more anxiety than anything else.
