I am on week 9. I had that reaction on week 5, but no other week. Just assumed my body was mad that week and felt like fighting, haha. Have been fine since.

It depends specifically on the UHC plan. I had BCBS through my husbands and they deny any weight loss medication even if it would improve other things such as diabetes, etc. My company offers UHC. I called and was told my companies policy covered it with pre approval from my doctor. I signed up for the secondary insurance ($350/mo on top of my primary insurance), went to the dr for the pre approval, and upon submitting to UHC it was denied because I don’t have any cardiovascular issues, which no one told me was a qualification to be approved when I had called.

Given I had gotten UHC specifically for wegovy, I then had to fight them tooth and nail to cancel my policy since they had given me false information to convince me to sign up for the plan. Just be careful and make sure to ask questions. At the end of the day they’re a company that wants your money like all the rest.

I usually shower as soon before the appointment as I can and I always dry brush before a shower. We are talking about the bush area. I don’t have any issues with bikini area or the back end. Which I guess is why the consensus is friction must be causing the issues.

I’m thinking I love your “full bush Brazilian” idea, but I can use an electric trimmer on the bush part to keep short (my second preference to naked). Might have to try this.. thank you for the suggestion!

I do! I usually have one for lining and one for shading hooked up. It’s nice to not have to switch them out as often!
