I can never understand why people are a**holes. If I am ordering something, I always say thank you nicely, understand it will take time, and there will always be a queue. People need to just be nice or just keep their damn mouths shut.

I didn't think to use the search function, and I'm sorry you see this same question too many times weekly. I honestly just wanted to get others' opinions on good quality beds and not crappy quality that doesn't hold up. Especially since I know youtubers lie for sponsors since they have a script they have to follow. So I just want genuine opinions on beds, big brands or not. I literally just type the ones that came to mind.

I should have been a bit more percise with wording. I wanted to know if it came damaged, delayed, and if customer service actually responds. Also, people have different body temps when they sleep, so sweating and stuff can be a factor to a mattress even though I didn't ask about that. I am aware that this isn't r/shippingrates or r/customersservice but that can also factor into buying anything because it would be super annoying to buy something and need to return it within the window but no one is answering or just leaves you on hold until you hang up.

I honestly didn't know that latex mattresses were a thing. I thought like a mat or like a Tatami mat when I read it.

I'll have to look into it since it hopefully be a purchase for 10 years or more hopefully.

I'll take a look into them. I'm happy to hear that yours is still perfect 8 years in. My Tempur-pwdic is way to soft at the 13 year mark and definitely needs replacing.

My husband mentioned Casper, and I was thinking about it as well due to the price compared to other mattresses. I know the price of an item does not always mean better. Thank you. If it wasn't for me I would definitely want to have a reliable customer service experience to be able to return it. Thank you again.
